TERMS: Payment must be made in U.S. funds. Checks are accepted with driver’s license and phone number on the face of the check. Money Orders are also accepted. Shipping and handling costs apply, I also offer a layaway payment program if you need to make payments in smaller increments. I charge no interest as long as payments are made monthly and on time. Delivery will be made after all the payments are complete. 4.5% Sales Tax will be added to orders shipped to Virginia locations.

Matting and Framing: Originals that are marked as framed, have frames that were chosen to compliment the painting and would be appropriate to any decor.

Returns: All items carry a 15-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please return the item within 15 days of receipt and we will gladly accept it for an exchange, credit or refund of the full price of the artwork. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged

Return Shipping: To return the product, we will arrange for UPS or Fedex to pick up of your package. Use the original packaging the item came in to return goods. Items should be returned with a copy of your invoice and a brief explanation stating why you are not satisfied with your purchase. If your order is damaged in shipment, please keep the package it came in and contact us immediately. We will gladly replace it with a new selection of your choice or refund you the cost of the purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged.
